Send online orders to the best branch

With two or more branches, each online order can go to the right one.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Stores & locations.
  3. Turn on Send each online order to the best branch.
  4. To move an order, open To dispatch.
  5. Tap the order, then tap another branch.

What to tap is outlined

Good to know

  • The best branch has everything in the order and is nearest the customer.
  • Stock held for other orders is not counted twice.
  • This is on the Business plan. Only the shop admin can turn it on.
