Build the software every shop deserves.
Okount is a small founding team building one app for billing, stock, credit, orders and accounts. If you want your work used at a counter every day, read on.
How we work
Four habits we hire for.
Sit at a counter first.
Everyone spends time in a real shop or warehouse before they change how it works.
Small team, whole problems.
You own a part of the product end to end, from the first sketch to the support reply.
Write it down.
Decisions live in writing, so people can work from anywhere and nobody has to be in the room.
Ship, then listen.
Small releases, close to the people who use them, and the patience to fix what they tell us.
