See and take orders

Every order shows in Orders: shop, phone, WhatsApp and online. Add phone orders yourself.

Steps5

  1. Tap Orders.
  2. Tap To do to see what needs work.
  3. For a new online order, accept it or turn it down.
  4. For a phone or WhatsApp order, tap New order.
  5. When it goes out, tap Take payment.

What to tap is outlined

Good to know

  • The bar at the top shows where open orders stand, like Packing. Tap a row to open it.
  • Accepting holds the stock for that order.
