Group shops, set targets and rules

Group your shops into places and set targets. Choose the rules, and limit a manager to their shops.

Steps6

  1. Open Business, then All shops.
  2. Tap ⋯, then Places, targets and rules.
  3. In Places, tap a shop. Pick its country, region, area, own or franchise, and opening day.
  4. In Targets, type each shop's target, then tap Save targets.
  5. In Rules, switch a rule on or off. Tap it to change its number and who is told.
  6. In Who sees what, tap a manager and pick their place.

Good to know

  • Leave country or region empty and All shops skips that level.
  • Copy last month fills last month's targets in one tap.
  • A manager limited to an area sees only those shops.
  • Nobody can change their own place.
