- Open Settings.
- Tap Automations.
- Under Start from a ready-made rule, tap a rule, for example Hold risky cash-on-delivery orders.
- Read it through. Tap Change on any line to change it.
- Tap Turn on rule. It shows under Your rules. Every run is in Activity.
If it stops you
Pro on a rule: holding orders, asking buyers and picking a courier need Pro. So do rules you build.
Free runs 3 rules at once. Switch one off, or move up a plan.
On hold on an order: open Orders and tap Release once you are happy with it.
Good to know
- A rule never cancels an order or sends a purchase order. A person does those.
- Until WhatsApp is connected, messages to buyers wait under Waiting for you to send. Tap Send.
- Messages go only to saved customers who have not stopped your messages.
