See all your shops live

See every shop's sales live, side by side, and what needs a look.

  1. Open Business.
  2. Tap All shops (with one shop it is Your shop, live).
  3. Pick Today, Week, Month or Year.
  4. Tap a row to go a level down, as far as one shop's counters.
  5. Tap a name in the line at the top to go back up.
  6. Needs attention lists the shops a rule found. Mark each one seen or done.
  7. On Pro and Business, tap Deep dive for every chart. Each chart can also show as a table.
  8. On a computer, tap ⋯ › Open in a new tab. One chart opens alone from its ↗ key. Drag the tab to a second screen. It refreshes every minute.

Good to know

  • The change is against the same day last week.
  • Past 20 shops, or for a year, it is against last year, like-for-like.
  • Like-for-like leaves out shops open under 13 months.
  • Rules check every shop every 15 minutes and tell its manager in the Inbox.
  • An area manager sees only the shops in their place.
  • It reads daily totals, so it is as quick with 10,000 shops as with 2.
