Give your accountant a login

Add your accountant as staff who can only look, not change.

Steps7

  1. Open Settings. Tap Staff & permissions.
  2. Tap Add staff.
  3. Type their name. Pick Their own phone.
  4. Tap Add staff member and send the code.
  5. Tap them, then Edit access.
  6. Turn on Read only: can look, cannot change anything.
  7. Tap Save access.
