When a plan ends

The shop goes to Free. Nothing is deleted. Billing and customer credit keep working.

Before you start

Only the shop admin can do this. Staff do not see it.

  1. Open Your plan.
  2. Tap Choose what stays to pick which stores and staff stay open.
  3. To get everything back, pick a plan again.

  • Locked stores and staff are kept and can still be read.
