Move to a smaller plan

A smaller plan starts on your next billing date. Nothing changes before.

Before you start

Only the shop admin can do this. Staff do not see it.

Steps4

  1. Open Your plan.
  2. Pick the smaller plan.
  3. Check the date it changes.
  4. Changed your mind? Tap Undo.

  • Too many stores or staff? Tap Choose what stays.
