Stop auto-renew

Stop auto-renew any time. Your plan stays on until its end date.

Before you start

Only the shop admin can do this. Staff do not see it.

Steps4

  1. Open Your plan.
  2. Tap Cancel auto-renew.
  3. Tap No thanks, continue to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel auto-renew again.

Good to know

  • Closed for a season? Tap Pause for a season instead.
  • Your data is always kept.
