Automatic reminders

Okount can send reminders by itself, every few days, to customers who owe.

Steps6

  1. Open Customers.
  2. Find Automatic reminders.
  3. Turn on Send reminders automatically.
  4. Set Every how many days.
  5. Set Only if they owe at least.
  6. Tap Save.

If it stops you

Automatic reminders are paused on your plan: one-tap reminders still work.

Good to know

  • Turn it on only for customers happy to get WhatsApp messages.
  • To stop it for one customer, untick Include in automatic WhatsApp reminders on their page.
