Warehousing

A warehouse system that fits in your pocket.

Okount runs one or many warehouses with zones, racks and shelves. Put stock away, pick the right batch and pack orders, all from a phone.

How it works

Three steps, the way a shop does it.

  1. Put it away

Goods received go to a bin. The app suggests one; the scan confirms it.

  2. Pick the right batch

Pick lists send people to the shelf, oldest expiry first.

  3. Pack by the rules

A courier parcel, a truckload and a grocery run each pack under their own checks.

A wrong pack is stopped, so the packer doesn't have to remember.

Weight for the courier, an e-way bill for the truck, expiry for the grocery run. Pick the rules once and every pack is checked against them.

  • Do I need scanners in the warehouse?

No. A phone camera scans bins and products. Handheld scanners work too.
