Inventory

Inventory down to the batch.

Okount tracks stock by batch, expiry and serial number. It sells the oldest stock first and tells you what to reorder before the shelf is empty.

Batches, expiry and reorders, handled.

How it works

Three steps, the way a shop does it.

  1. Add the catalogue

Import a spreadsheet, or scan barcodes and check what fills in.

  2. Receive by batch

Expiry, cost and MRP are captured as stock arrives.

  3. Let it tell you

What to reorder, what to move, and what is about to expire.

Every reorder number shows its working.

Each reorder suggestion uses the last two weeks, the long average or last year's same weeks, whichever is higher, and says which one it used. You can always check the maths.
