Good to know

  • Only suppliers that deliver to your shop are shown.
  • Tap a supplier under Deliver to you to open their page. It shows delivery days, the smallest order and days to pay. All their products are there, with photos. Tap a product for its price at each quantity, then Order.
  • The price goes down as the quantity goes up. The quantity is rounded up to whole cases.
  • What to reorder shows these offers next to items that are running low.
  • The supplier accepts, dispatches and delivers in Okount. You see each step on the purchase order.
  • Okount takes its fee from the supplier, not from you.
  • Deal until and a date means the supplier has a lower price until that day. The price on your order is the one when you send it.
  • Pay in 15 days is the supplier's credit. You pay them directly, not through Okount.
  • Suppliers see how many nearby shops are low on a product. They see it only when 3 or more are low, and never which shops. The shop admin can turn this off at the bottom of Suppliers on Okount.
  • The first offer may be marked Sponsored: a supplier paid for that place. Tap the i next to it to see why, or hide that supplier's ads.
  • Supplier asked you to order outside Okount? Tap ⋯ on the order, or the i on their ad, then Report. They won't know it was you.
